I have practiced Yoga on and off for over 9 years.  It wasn't until I became a mother that I felt a need to commit to a yoga practice.

Previously Yoga was a form of exercise that I had enjoyed a couple of times as week.  Something that I saw all the cool celebrities doing.

But once I returned to Yoga after becoming a mother, something was different.

It no longer felt like a cool exercise class, it felt much deeper than that.

It gave me SPACE - something I will do my best to describe to you.

Imagine a practice that gives you a sense of calm, maybe even relief, an hour where your mind isn't racing with 100’s of thoughts. An hour of stillness in your mind.

An hour practice that leaves you feeling lighter than when you arrived and you take that lightness into your week.

This is the best explanation of the SPACE it has given me.

YOGA has helped me become:

  • Less reactionary and I no longer feel the need to fight every battle

  • Less critical of myself and others

  • More compassionate of myself and others

  • More grateful for everything that I have in my life

  • More positive on a day to day basis
